bet9 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the User") and bet9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the bet9 website located at bet9.st and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, VIP programme and any promotions we run. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are written in plain English because we believe Pakistani users deserve clarity, not dense legal language that obscures what is actually being agreed. Where a section has specific practical implications for day-to-day use – bonuses, withdrawals, account limits – we have tried to explain those implications directly rather than hiding them in sub-clauses.             These Terms apply to all users in Pakistan. All amounts referenced are in PKR unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of bet9 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
          

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register a bet9 account and use the platform you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bet9 does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method.
You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on bet9 or have a previously closed account that was terminated for breach of these Terms.
You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bet9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. These may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued ID. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and responsible gaming measure and is applied consistently, not selectively.

            
            Each user is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonuses, limits or previous account closures is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
          

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. bet9 will never ask for your password by email, SMS or live chat. If you receive any communication claiming to be from bet9 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

You must keep your registered contact details up to date. Outdated mobile numbers or email addresses can delay support responses, withdrawal confirmations and responsible gaming notifications. If your registered mobile number changes, update it through your account settings promptly.

bet9 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the unauthorised access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately so we can freeze the account and investigate.

Account balances on bet9 are denominated entirely in PKR. You cannot hold a balance in any foreign currency. There is no interest payable on any uninvested account balance.

4. Deposits & Payments

bet9 accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. New deposit methods may be added from time to time and will appear in the deposit section of your account once available.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name . bet9 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties. If a deposit is received from a third-party payment source, bet9 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account pending investigation, and withhold any winnings generated from funds deposited via that method.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your bet9 balance immediately or within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.

            
            bet9 does not charge any internal deposit fees. Any charges applied by your bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or other payment provider are outside our control and are the responsibility of the account holder.
          

bet9 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of our standard account review process. This is not a sign that your account is under suspicion – it is a routine check applied to maintain platform integrity and protect all users.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method linked to your account. You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be declined.

Processing times for withdrawals are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Raast and bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier benefit from priority withdrawal processing, which reduces queue times significantly during busy periods.

Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed identity verification. If you have not yet submitted verification documents, your withdrawal request will be queued until verification is complete. We recommend completing verification as soon as you register rather than waiting until your first withdrawal request.

Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion.
bet9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
Withdrawal fees may apply in certain circumstances and will be disclosed at the point of the withdrawal request.
Withdrawals cannot be reversed once submitted. Double-check the destination account details before confirming.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by bet9 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in all bonus amounts being voided.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real money is used before bonus funds in most bet types. Check the specific promotion for the order of play.
Bonuses have expiry windows. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
bet9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have started meeting its requirements, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Bonus abuse – including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated exploitation with other accounts – will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account restriction.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets on bet9 are accepted subject to the availability of markets and the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. The following rules apply across all sports betting activity including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports markets:

Bets are accepted on the terms offered at the moment the bet slip is confirmed. Odds may change before you confirm – always review the final odds on the confirmation screen before submitting.
bet9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds caused by a technical error or human input mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account.
In-play betting markets close automatically based on match events. Bets placed after a key event has occurred but before the odds have updated due to latency may be voided at bet9's discretion.
For cricket matches that are abandoned or result in no result, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for the market type – check the betting rules for each market before placing.
Maximum win limits apply across all markets and are displayed in the bet slip. Bets that would generate winnings above the maximum will have their potential payout capped accordingly.
Accumulator bets are available across eligible markets. Each leg of an accumulator must settle as a win for the accumulator to pay. If a leg is voided, it is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds.

bet9 takes the integrity of its sports betting markets seriously. Any account found to be participating in match-fixing, insider betting or coordinated manipulation of markets will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited. bet9 cooperates with sports governing bodies including cricket boards when integrity-related queries are raised.

8. Casino & Games

bet9 offers live casino, slots and bingo games provided by third-party game studios. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, and live casino tables are streamed in real time from professional studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slots are provided by the respective game studios and are available in the game information panel.

By participating in casino games, you acknowledge that the house edge means the platform has a statistical advantage over time. Casino games are for entertainment and should be approached with a clear budget in mind. bet9 strongly recommends setting a session deposit limit before you start playing.

Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game freezes or disconnects mid-round, any unresolved round will be cancelled and the staked amount returned.
Bingo sessions operate on a fixed schedule. Tickets purchased for a session are non-refundable once the session has started.

9. VIP Programme

The bet9 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative points earned from wagering activity across sports betting, live casino, slots and bingo. Points totals required for each tier are published on the VIP page and may be updated periodically.

VIP tier benefits include weekly PKR cashback, birthday bonuses, faster withdrawal processing, and dedicated account management at Platinum and Diamond tier.
Double-points periods are activated during PSL season and selected ICC events. These periods are announced in advance on the Promotions page.
VIP tier status is reviewed monthly. If your points total falls below the threshold for your current tier, your tier may be adjusted downward at the next review date.
VIP cashback is credited as real money with no wagering requirement unless otherwise stated in the VIP programme terms.
bet9 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds and benefit values. Material changes will be communicated to VIP members in advance.

10. Responsible Gaming

Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet9 platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of your balance:

Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets, access accounts or manipulate game outcomes.
Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, account limits or previous bans.
Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or miscalculated odds to extract value from the platform in a manner not consistent with normal betting activity.
Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to place bets on your account.
Any form of collusion, match manipulation or insider betting.
Threatening, harassing or abusing bet9 staff or other users through any communication channel.
Providing false identity information or forged documents during registration or verification.

12. Suspension & Account Closure

bet9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or any conduct listed under Prohibited Conduct. In cases of suspension pending investigation, your balance will be preserved unless the investigation establishes that the balance was derived from prohibited activity.

If your account is closed by bet9 for breach of Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Any real-money balance not linked to prohibited activity will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the conclusion of the investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method after standard verification is complete. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet9's total liability to you in respect of any loss or damage arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bet9 does not accept liability for:

Loss of profits, opportunity costs or indirect losses of any kind.
Interruptions to the service caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures or force majeure events.
Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.

bet9 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible in advance, but emergency maintenance may be required without prior notice.

14. Changes to These Terms

bet9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using bet9 and request account closure. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal rules described above.
