Account

Creating an account is straightforward. Click the Register link in the navigation or go to /register. You will need your Pakistani mobile number, a password of your choice and your date of birth. The process takes around three minutes. You must be 18 years or older to register and use bet9.

On the login page, tap the "Forgot password?" link. You will be asked to enter your registered mobile number. A one-time PIN (OTP) is sent to that number via SMS. Enter the PIN, set a new password and you are in. The whole process takes under five minutes. If you do not receive the OTP within a couple of minutes, check that your number is entered correctly and try again.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Multiple accounts linked to the same person, mobile number or device may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you have lost access to your original account, contact live chat support – do not create a new one. The team can verify your identity and restore your original account access.

To update your registered mobile number or personal details, contact live chat support directly. For security reasons, changes to core account details require identity verification. Have your original mobile number and some account information ready when you contact the team.

Deposits

bet9 supports several convenient payment methods for Pakistani users. You can deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR. The Deposit page gives you step-by-step instructions for each method.

Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers and Raast payments can take up to a few hours depending on your bank. If your deposit has not shown up after the expected time, keep your transaction reference number handy and contact live chat support – they can trace it quickly.

bet9 does not charge any fees on deposits from our side. However, your payment provider – JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or card issuer – may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your provider if you are unsure about their fees before sending a deposit.

Withdrawals

Log in to your bet9 account and navigate to the Deposit/Withdrawal section. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to your registered payment method – JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account or Raast. Make sure the details on your account match your payment account to avoid delays.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Raast transfers are usually faster. All withdrawal requests go through a standard review before being released, which normally takes a short time during business hours.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include pending identity verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or a mismatch between the name on your bet9 account and your payment account. Log in and check your account notifications. If the issue is not clear, contact live chat support with your withdrawal reference number and they will investigate right away.

Betting

Absolutely. Cricket is the heart of the bet9 Sports section. You can bet on Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and major tournaments involving Pakistan and other top teams. Markets include match winner, top batsman, total runs, over/under and live in-play betting with odds that update ball by ball.

Live in-play betting lets you place bets on a match while it is already in progress. Odds change in real time as the match situation changes – so if a wicket falls or a batsman starts hitting big, the odds shift to reflect it. It adds an exciting layer to watching cricket, and you can react to the game as it unfolds rather than only betting before it starts.

Beyond cricket, bet9 covers football including major European leagues and international fixtures, as well as Esports. The full range of available sports and events is listed in the Sports section. The offering is regularly updated to include popular tournaments and seasonal events.

A bet is voided when the event it was placed on cannot be settled in the normal way – for example, if a match is abandoned due to weather or postponed without being rescheduled within a specified window. When a bet is voided, your original stake in PKR is returned to your account balance. Voided bets do not count towards winnings or losses.

Bonuses

Log in to your bet9 account and visit the Promotions page to see all currently active offers. Each promotion listing explains how to opt in and what the requirements are. Some bonuses are claimed automatically when you make a qualifying deposit; others require you to tap a "Claim" button first. Always read the specific terms for each offer.

A wagering requirement (sometimes called rollover) is the number of times you need to bet through a bonus amount before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn as real PKR. For example, if a bonus has a 10x wagering requirement and you received PKR 500 as a bonus, you need to place bets totalling PKR 5,000 before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The exact requirement is stated on each promotion.

Bonuses have expiry periods. If you do not meet the wagering requirements within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are removed from your account. The expiry window is listed on each promotion. If you believe your bonus was removed in error, contact live chat support with your account details and they will review it for you.

Responsible Gaming

Yes. bet9 provides deposit limit controls inside your account settings. You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits to help manage your spending. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period, while reducing it takes effect straight away. These tools are there to help you stay in control.

Self-exclusion is a feature that lets you block yourself from accessing your bet9 account for a set period – or indefinitely. If you feel your betting is becoming difficult to control, this tool gives you a firm boundary. To apply a self-exclusion, go to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming controls, or contact live chat support directly. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
